Snow Angels

When I first hoped to see Snow Angels in print, I decided to come up with a concept for the cover, and I drew this sketch. Actually I drew more than one, but this was the one that made me happiest at the time. I’m not much of an artist. Sometimes I impress myself—but then I’m easily impressed. Anyway, it seems appropriate to the season.

Snow Angels is available as a free e-book on my website. My multi-talented husband, Ken, created the cover art you see there.

NOTE: Please only comment on this post if you’ve read Snow Angels. Off-topic comments will be moved or deleted. The comments on Snow Angels are sometimes snipped due to content that may give away the ending of the story (thus the term “spoiler”) to others who haven’t yet read the story.

I was so engaged in this story, I couldn’t think of anything else until I was done. It was so well written and kept me on my toes of who had done it! Usually I figures things out well before the end, but this time it was not so. Great writing!!!!! I’m highly impressed!

I enjoyed Snow Angels. I’m an avid reader and love thriller/mysteries. I usually can solve it b/4 the end, but it took me longer than usual to guess [spoiler snipped by admin] was involved. Good read!

Wow. I’ve never been this absorbed in a book before. Thank you. You had me from the first page to the last not wanting to move, to keep reading till the end. I’ve read many books and have three bookshelves to prove it and not one of them has captured me as much as this one has. It’s Easter Monday and I’ve spent the last four hours mesmerized with this book.
I’ll be doing a google search as soon as I finish this to find other books that you have written. Keep up the excellent work. I will recommend this one to everyone I know.

I think that Snow Angels was very well written and that the author did a good job painting the scenes. I’ve read a lot of suspence and romance novels, but never have I found one that kept me glued to the pages and wondering about it well into the night!

    Dear Barbara
Snow angels was my first ebook. I had to take of one chapter in at time and then put it in a natural reader program. I am dyslexic and I normally listen to books on tape. It was a little weird listening to a book read by a robot but the story was so good you are writing was very much like Stored Woods who I love. I’ll have to see if any of your other mysteries are available on tape. I really enjoy it your story very much. Do you have any ongoing characters? I always enjoy ongoing characters because you get to know them better and I really enjoy that.
    Sincerely: Michael J. P. 2-8-2008

very good one, i loved the way you detailed places and people, and i think the details in each character’s look was matching to his personality, i think Alan would have deserved Tess’s love more than Joe but in the end it was brilliant, anyway great work i’d like to read more of it!,

I absolutely loved it. I look often online for novels that have a good plot. Too often, the grammar is horrible, and the spelling is chaotic. Yours, however, wasn’t like that at all. I also appreciated that while there was romance in it, it did not go into a graphic description of anything. Thank you very much!

I’m doing a ditto from what Jessica below said. Exactly how I feel. You need to continue writing with talent like that! Ronaye - Canada

I happened upon your book while I was bored and needed something good to read. I did a search for free internet books and found yours. I truly enjoyed every bit of it. It had the makings of a good sale. I strongly urge you to publish this and put it out there one the shelves for everyone to enjoy. It was wonderful, suspenseful, thrilling, and very romantic. I think it was well worth the search, keep up the good work!!!

    Sincerely,
    Jessica H.
