Wicked! They don't have Portland, Maine either, but they have Boston. They need to include a photo of the Citgo sign at Fenway Park, though.

1. I love that Fargo is one of the cities on the launch list. Nothing against Fargo, since it was kind enough to lend its name to a movie set mostly in Bemidji.

2. I checked out my sister's neighborhood on the north side of Chicago. It's actually sort of amazing how much detail is there.

3. The next cool thing to come along will be a map product that relates aerial photographs of the city to the ground level image. Maybe Google and A9 will make a deal.

Well, it appears the link to the photo of Sanfillipo's is a temporary, expiring one, assigned by the server. I guess it's just as well, they used too much basil for this oregano lover on their pizza. Loved their eggplant parmesean though.

Did you look for Luigi's, near what used to be Belmont Park and the old roller coaster in Mission Beach? Voltero's Pizza on Balboa Ave in Clairemont (or Kearney Mesa) was also good. I wonder if those places are still there....

Memories
Like corners of the oven
Crusty pizzacolor memories
Of the way it was

Scattered pictures
Of the streets we left behind
Tastes we gave to one another
For the way it was

lyrics adapted from the original, apologies to Barbra Streisand.

Locally, Vince's makes decent Italian, so long as you don't mind taking it home to eat (take out only), and there's always Filippi's Pizza Grotto in Temecula (as well as some other locations in San Diego county).

Now that I think of it, Filippi's in Temecula seems the same as their location in Pacific Beach did 35-years ago, they have consistent quality control over time.
