And I talked to my friend in England today, and she was saying that it was a colder-than-usual winter, but they have hardly had any rain. It's probably in the upper 20s if you don't count the wind chill. Here in Maine, we're used to getting wildly variable weather in this season. At least it isn't snowing. BTW, they do make galoshes for doggies, but I'm not sure I can stand the idea of playing dress-up with my dogs, even the girl puppy. I might change my mind when we start going to dog shows and she starts needing to keep her feet clean on wet ground.
