I've been taking as many walks as possible while the cold sunny days are here. I must admit, though, down in the 30's I don't really have the right kind of clothes and the chill competes with the warming effect of walking. Of course in the winter in PA we hope it gets above 35 F sometimes during the day. Nevertheless, 35 F is cold. You wouldn't keep your house that temperature.
