It's scary, sorting through files, isn't it? First of all, there's stuff uncovered that had been decently hidden and maybe deserves a final burial. Then there's the stuff you wish you'd come upon earlier, when you were doing your taxes or refinancing your house. And then there the old memories, waiting to pounce upon the unsuspecting person....Good luck!

Glad you're seeing some badly-needed rain. Over on this coast, we're getting more precipitation than you could shake a shovel at. Want some?

Dennis Kucinich is the man I wish we could have as president, but I have my doubts about his chances. That's all I'll have to say on the subject, since this is your non-political blog. See you on the "other side."

I'm glad you plan to continue with this blog for some long (I hope) period of time. I'll be celebrating my 5-year blog anniversary this spring, and so many good people have dropped out.

Well that's no way to start the new year--hope that's all the colds and flu the winter brings. Glad you're happy about the rain because aside from the worry of flooding or washouts in some areas, the west coast really needed to add to the water table.

I'm with you on the political blogging but sometimes, sometimes, you just can't hold it in.

Here's to a sunny day today because dark is good, but bright is better.

Thanks, but I'm all better now, Eric. Fortunately the second time around it only gave me an earache for a couple of days, and didn't really take hold. Whew!

It's bad to be under the weather and even worse to be under the weather under gloomy weather. Hope you'll feel better soon.
